What is an OnlyFans Management Contract Template?
An OnlyFans management contract template is a legally enforceable agreement that outlines the terms and conditions between a talent agency and a creator who works on the OnlyFans platform. The contract will typically address the services being provided, compensation details, intellectual property, confidentiality, and other legal terms needed to ensure both parties interests are protected.
Contract templates are typically created by businesses, so that they can use them multiple times to govern their business engagements. The OnlyFans management contract template has terms that will protect both parties’ interest, as well as fields that can be populated for each time it is used to address the parties and specific terms of the relationship.
What Are the Terms Included in an OnlyFans Contract Template?
Depending on how complex the relationship is, the terms included in an OnlyFans business engagement can vary widely. But for more basic relationship, below are some common terms to review:
- Services Provided. The template will outline a section that documents the services that will be provided by the management company to the OnlyFans creator. This can include social media strategy, marketing campaigns, photoshoots, filming, and more.
- Compensation. The template will have a section that explains how the management company will be compensated by the OnlyFans creator. Common terms are cash payments or commissions based on earnings.
- Exclusivity. The template will typically address whether the relationship is an exclusive or non-exclusive one. An exclusive relationship means the OnlyFans creator has to only work with the management company, and is not allowed to have other representation.
- Confidentiality. The agreement will typically address confidentiality obligations of the parties. Given the type of content produced on the OnlyFans platform, this is a particularly important section as some parties may disclose sensitive information they want protected.
What Are Different Compensation Terms?
Common compensation structures for OnlyFans management companies are commissions based on earnings, cash-only compensation, or a combination of the two.
Commission on Earnings
A commission-only compensation means the talent agency will be compensated based on a percentage of the creator’s earnings. This is typically a preferred form of compensation since it aligns incentives between the two parties well. The management company has ‘skin-in-the-game’ that can lead to little compensation or large compensation, depending on the creator’s performance.
Cash-Only Compensation
Cash-only compensation means the creator will pay the management company a set fee for their services, typically monthly. This is lower risk for the management company since they know they will be receiving a fixed fee each month for services, but their income does not scale with the creator’s earnings.
Combination
Some business engagements will be set up as a combination of commission and cash. This can be a win-win since the management company knows they will receive compensation, but also has upside in case the creator’s earnings grow a lot. A combination between cash and commission typically means the cash paid is smaller than a cash-only relationship.
What Does Exclusive Representation Mean for an OnlyFans Talent Agency?
Exclusive representation means the creator is only allowed to work with the management company they have hired, and no one else. This is a common term in the talent agency world, since management companies do not want their clients to be working with other management companies that may be competitors. However, some creator’s may have an interest in working with multiple management companies and request a non-exclusive relationship.
How To Fill Out an OnlyFans Management Contract Template
Here is a step by step guide to filling out an OnlyFans management contract template.
Step 1: Parties, Date
The first step will be to fill in the party names and the date the agreement will start. For the party names, this will be the full legal name of the talent management company and the full legal name of the talent (‘creator’). You will also add the date you want the contract to start.
Step 2: Scope of Engagement, Duration
Within the Scope of Engagement section, you will set a duration of the contract which is how long the contract will last. For this section, you could set it for 6 months, 1 year, etc.
Step 3: Services Provided by the Management Company
Within the Services section, you will want to outline the services being provided by the talent agency. This may include things like:
- Media Strategy
- Marketing Strategy
- Negotiations
- Filming
- Social Media Management
- Event Management
Step 4: Compensation
Within the compensation section, you will want to specify the compensation terms. If this is a commission-only engagement, you will want to outline the percentage of earnings the management company will keep. If this is a cash-only relationship, you will want to outline the monthly or annual fee paid to the talent agency.
Step 5: Termination
Within the termination section, you will want to specify the notice period to ending the contract. This means that if either party want to get out of the contract, they will have a certain amount of time needed to give the other party notice.
Step 6: Governing Law
For the Governing Law section, you will want to specify the state laws that govern the contract. This can typically be the state the management company is domesticated in.
Step 7: Signature Section
For the signature section, you will want to add the full legal names of both parties so you can prepare the document for signature.

Ryenne S.
My name is Ryenne Shaw and I help business owners build businesses that operate as assets instead of liabilities, increase in value over time and build wealth. My areas of expertise include corporate formation and business structure, contract law, employment/labor law, business risk and compliance and intellectual property. I also serve as outside general counsel to several businesses across various industries nationally. I spent most of my early legal career assisting C.E.O.s, General Counsel, and in-house legal counsel of both large and smaller corporations in minimizing liability, protecting business assets and maximizing profits. While working with many of these entities, I realized that smaller entities are often underserved. I saw that smaller business owners weren’t receiving the same level of legal support larger corporations relied upon to grow and sustain. I knew this was a major contributor to the ceiling that most small businesses hit before they’ve even scratched the surface of their potential. And I knew at that moment that all of this lack of knowledge and support was creating a huge wealth gap. After over ten years of legal experience, I started my law firm to provide the legal support small to mid-sized business owners and entrepreneurs need to grow and protect their brands, businesses, and assets. I have a passion for helping small to mid-sized businesses and startups grow into wealth-building assets by leveraging the same legal strategies large corporations have used for years to create real wealth. I enjoy connecting with my clients, learning about their visions and identifying ways to protect and maximize the reach, value and impact of their businesses. I am a strong legal writer with extensive litigation experience, including both federal and state (and administratively), which brings another element to every contract I prepare and the overall counsel and value I provide. Some of my recent projects include: - Negotiating & Drafting Commercial Lease Agreements - Drafting Trademark Licensing Agreements - Drafting Ambassador and Influencer Agreements - Drafting Collaboration Agreements - Drafting Service Agreements for service-providers, coaches and consultants - Drafting Master Service Agreements and SOWs - Drafting Terms of Service and Privacy Policies - Preparing policies and procedures for businesses in highly regulated industries - Drafting Employee Handbooks, Standard Operations and Procedures (SOPs) manuals, employment agreements - Creating Employer-employee infrastructure to ensure business compliance with employment and labor laws - Drafting Independent Contractor Agreements and Non-Disclosure/Non-Competition/Non-Solicitation Agreements - Conducting Federal Trademark Searches and filing trademark applications - Preparing Trademark Opinion Letters after conducting appropriate legal research - Drafting Letters of Opinion for Small Business Loans - Drafting and Responding to Cease and Desist Letters I service clients throughout the United States across a broad range of industries.
