I be nerve and tendon damage from a doctor the has limited my use of my hand and have pain from it beyond imaginable to a normal person
I had a cat claw me in december of 2019. I went to the hospital was admitted with an infection .I woke from a surgerybwith my hand and arm cut from my knuckles on my hand to half way up my arm. Not know what had happened to me. I cannot move my hand backwards at all I cant move it left to right .The pain from it is unbearable at times even with pain pills . This has screwed up my life in a major way can someone help in a lawsuit agaist a doctor and two hospitals that were involved in a malpractice suit.

Please be mindful that the two year anniversary of your surgery may happen soon, which could trigger a statute of limitations issue. Did the surgery happen in Illinois or in a different state? I would also want to know more about what led you to the conclusion that the surgery caused the loss of your ability to use your hand and whether that loss has affected your ability to perform any work.
